My journey with yoga began as I came into adulthood. It was a life-changing experience for me and a path I’ve followed ever since. I went through three pregnancies healthier and happier because of the deep connection I had to my body. I was able to overcome obstacles in my life with the help of my strong inner core. I became certified in Hatha yoga back in 2003 practicing independently with clients. My Practice has now evolved into a Home practice mostly specializing in retreats and events. It really is a life long journey for me and I love sharing it with others. Along with herbal medicine and mineral rich food, yoga is really a vital piece of wholeness. Let us all be resilient!

Starting with vinyasa, moving to standing poses, then finally to the floor for relaxation. She will check in with the class and see if there are any areas people wanted to work on specifically and then cater to those.
